Recent reports suggest it's planned to be an Xbox exclusive, and since Starfield was announced as an Xbox and PC exclusive at E3 2021, it seems likely Elder Scrolls 6 will follow the same path. In the lore within Skyrim it is found that Hammerfell was invaded by the Aldemeri Dominion (you know them better as the Thalmor) and as part of the peace treaty between the Empire and the Aldemeri Dominion, large chunks of Hammerfell was given to the Thalmor.
Redguard are one of the playable races in the game and hail from Hammerfell which borders Skyrim to the Southwest. IGN is reporting that Bethesda has registered a trademark for "Redguard" and is listed as “downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices”.
